20-day free exchanges

Eligible pieces may be exchanged free of charge within 20 days of delivery. We cover the prepaid return label and the shipping cost of your replacement.

14-day returns

Returns for a refund to your original payment method must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The return cost is calculated from the shipment details, including parcel weight and destination, shown before confirmation and deducted from the refund. Returns for store credit are free.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Final-sale pieces and undergarments are excluded unless faulty or incorrect.

Start a return or exchange

Visit our returns portal and enter the order details requested. Select the piece, choose exchange, store credit or refund, and review any return cost shown before confirming. Follow the instructions to generate your trackable prepaid return label.
