An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order, but it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Your order confirmation shows the amount associated with the purchase. If an authorised payment is connected to an order that is not accepted, the authorisation may be released or the payment refunded according to your payment provider’s procedures.
