In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order placement, payment authorisation and any necessary fraud checks. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed during launches, promotions or other high-volume periods may take longer. If your order contains a preorder or backorder, the dispatch period shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation applies instead of the normal in-stock window.
We will email tracking information when the order is dispatched. If the applicable processing period has passed, contact care@seenstudios.com with your order number. We will check the actual order state rather than estimate an unverified dispatch date.
