For a standard return, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection after the parcel reaches us. We will email you when the return is approved or rejected.
An approved return is processed to the refund method selected in the returns portal. A Seen Studios gift card refund has no restocking fee. For a standard international return to the original payment method, a $15 restocking fee is deducted from the refund. International return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer and is separate from the restocking fee.
For refunds to the original payment method, your bank or payment provider may take a further 3–10 business days to post the funds after approval.
For an eligible EU or EEA statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back. The reimbursement includes the withdrawn goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery method offered, as required by applicable law. Mandatory statutory rights may differ from the standard commercial return policy.
