Return options depend on the delivery destination.
U.S. returns and exchanges
Eligible pieces delivered in the United States may be exchanged free of charge within 20 days of delivery. Seen Studios covers the prepaid return label and replacement shipping for an eligible U.S. exchange.
U.S. returns to the original payment method must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The return cost is shown before confirmation and deducted from the refund. Eligible returns to a Seen Studios gift card are free. From day 15 through day 20, eligible U.S. pieces may be exchanged or returned to a gift card.
International returns
Seen Studios does not offer direct exchanges for international orders. Before shipping an international return, you must submit it through the Seen Studios returns portal. Returns sent without prior submission may not be accepted or processed.
International customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Seen Studios does not provide or pay for an international prepaid return label.
Eligible international returns may be refunded to a Seen Studios gift card with no restocking fee, or to the original payment method with a $15 restocking fee deducted from the refund. If you would like another size, color or item, return the original piece and place a separate new order. A return does not reserve inventory or create an automatic replacement order.
Conditions that apply to standard returns
Standard returns must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Final-sale pieces, gift cards and undergarments are not eligible under the standard policy unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or differs from what was ordered.
Original delivery charges and optional shipping protection are not refunded except where required by law or where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Pieces purchased from another retailer must be returned to that retailer.
EU and EEA customers may also have a separate 14-day statutory right to withdraw. Commercial return restrictions and fees do not override mandatory statutory rights.
