If your purchase is covered by European Union or European Economic Area consumer law, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason from the date the contract is concluded until 14 days after receiving the goods.
Use the Withdraw from Contract (EU) function and enter your order number and shipping ZIP code. You will receive an acknowledgement by email after confirming the request.
You may also send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to care@seenstudios.com. Include your name, order number, the goods you are withdrawing and the email address used for the order.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Direct return postage is normally your responsibility unless Seen Studios agrees otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay it.
