How do I start a return or exchange?

U.S. returns and eligible exchanges#

1. Visit the Seen Studios returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code.
3. Select the piece you want to send back.
4. Choose an available exchange, Seen Studios gift card or refund to the original payment method.
5. Review any return cost shown before confirming.
6. Follow the portal instructions and use the trackable prepaid label provided for an eligible U.S. return or exchange.

International returns#

Seen Studios does not offer direct exchanges for international orders.

1. Submit the return through the Seen Studios returns portal before shipping it. Returns sent without prior submission may not be accepted or processed.
2. Choose a refund to a Seen Studios gift card or the original payment method.
3. Follow the return-routing instructions and arrange tracked return shipping at your own cost. Seen Studios does not provide or pay for an international prepaid return label.

A gift card refund has no restocking fee. A refund to the original payment method has a $15 restocking fee deducted from the refund.

If you would like a different size, color or item, return the original piece and place a separate new order. We cannot reserve stock or create an automatic replacement through an international return.

For an eligible EU or EEA statutory withdrawal, use the separate Withdraw from Contract (EU) function instead. Mandatory statutory rights may differ from the standard commercial return policy.
